Is Set Up & Pick Up Included?
Yes! We make sure to take care of the setup and pickup. To cover transportation expenses, a small delivery fee will be aplied depending on the your city.
What If I Need To Cancel?
You can cancel up to 4 business days before your party with no charge.  Any deposits or payments made will be held in credit under your name for up to one year.
Will I Receive A Clean Jump?
Ensuring a safe and clean jumping experience is our top priority. We take great care to clean our jumps thoroughly before and after each rental.
Do You Have Insurance?
Yes we carry a comprehensive general liability insurance policy. If you would like to review a copy of our insurance contract, it is readily available for your convenience.
What about rain?
There is no charge for canceling a reservation due to rain. The deposit made will be valid for up to one year after the cancelation date.
How Can I Pay?
You can make payments using credit cards, cash, or a check. When booking online, we typically require a small deposit, which will be deducted from the total cost of your order.
